【Requirements】
This is a new inquiry from the customer Hisofte who is looking for a single focal length CS mount lens for ELP’s camera–ELP-USBFHD06H-SFV.
the subject size is 300mm x 300mm(the subject will cover within this size.) and work distance is 40cm〜50cm.
could you please refer to the following requirements specifications and recommend a suitable lens?
・Image seonsor: IMX322(1/2.9”, 1920X1080, 2.8um ×2.8um ) 2MP D6.23mm
・mount: CS
・FOV: *the subject size is 300mm x 300mm(the subject will cover within this size.) and work distance is 40cm〜50cm.
our engineer calculated the HFOV around 42° when the working distance is 40cm. and the focal length around 6.9mm.
(please confirm your engineer as well.)

【Lens recommendation】
HFOV around 42° when the working distance is 40cm.
This is correct.
But the VFOV also needs to be around 42°~34° when the working distance is 40cm~50cm,
as the subject size is H-300mm x V-300mm.
